Custom AI systems for e-commerce teams up to 20 people
We build AI tools around the way your shop actually runs. They take on up to 80% of the repetitive work. You and your team keep the 20% that needs a person: steering, deciding and growing the business.
Where the week goes
In a small e-commerce company, the founder is usually still in the daily work, and so is everyone else. Most of that work repeats every single day.
The same ten customer questions, answered by hand, one ticket at a time.
Copying numbers from the shop to the marketplace to the spreadsheet to the warehouse.
New SKUs, price changes, image sets and copy for Amazon, Shopify and every other channel.
Checking bids, budgets and search terms, adding negatives, and working out which campaigns actually paid off.
Planning posts, writing captions, resizing visuals for every channel, and answering comments and DMs.
Sales, ad spend, returns and margin, pulled from five dashboards into one sheet.
Checking reorder points, drafting purchase orders, chasing delivery dates.
Matching payouts, fees and receipts so your accountant can do their part.
All of it matters. Not all of it needs you.
The 80/20 split
Each block is one hour of a founder’s working week. Drag the slider to hand repetitive work to the system and watch what comes back to you.
An illustrative 50-hour week, not a measured client result. Your own split comes out of the time audit.
What we build
Off-the-shelf software makes you change how you work. We look at how your team already works, then build the tool that fits into it. These are the kinds of systems we build most often.
Reads the question, checks the order and the tracking, and drafts the reply in your brand’s voice.
Moves orders and stock levels between your shop, marketplaces and sheets, and flags what needs reordering.
Listing copy, image briefs and visuals for Amazon and your store, built from your specs and your reviews.
Pulls sales, ad spend, returns and margin into one short brief that says what changed and why it matters.
Drafts purchase orders from your reorder rules and keeps track of confirmations and delivery dates.
Matches payouts, fees and invoices, and hands your accountant a tidy month instead of a shoebox.
Every tool connects to what you already use: your shop system, marketplace accounts, inbox and spreadsheets. If your biggest time sink isn’t on this list, that is usually where we start.
Lower running costs
Most small e-commerce teams pay for a stack of apps, each billed per seat, per order or per plan, and each doing part of one job. A tool built for your exact process can often replace several of them, and it usually costs little or nothing to run.
Where AI does the work, the cost is the usage itself, which for a small team is usually very low. There are no per-seat plans that grow every time you hire.
How it works
A free 30-minute call with the founder. You walk me through a normal week; I tell you honestly whether there is enough repetition to automate.
You · 30 minWe map where the hours really go, with you and the people doing the work, and pick the task that gives back the most time first.
You and your teamI build the first tool inside your real workflow, with your data and your tools, and test it alongside the way you do it today.
KokunariA hands-on AI workshop teaches your team to run the new tools and use AI in their own work. From then on your part is the 20%: review, approve, decide.
Your team · includedWorkshop included
Every project includes a hands-on AI workshop for your team. It uses your own tasks, your own examples and the tools we built for you, so people leave able to use AI in their daily work from the next morning.
Included in every project, at no extra costWhat AI is good at, where it gets things wrong, and how to check its answers before they reach a customer.
Customer replies, product copy, supplier emails and reports, practised with your team’s own examples.
How to review and approve, handle the exceptions, and change the rules when the business changes.
How to spot the tasks worth automating next, so the know-how stays in your company.
The workshop is live and interactive, with the whole team or the people who run each process.
Your part
The system does the work. Nothing important goes out without a person deciding it should. That is what the 20% is for.
For the founder
The business stops depending on you being online at 11 p.m.
For your team
The people you hired do the work you hired them for.
Who it’s for
I work directly with the founder. That is only possible in companies where the founder still knows how the work is done.

About
I’m Mick. I have been building processes and companies for more than 11 years. For eight of them I co-founded and ran Lion Commerce, a full-service Amazon agency in Germany. We built it from scratch to 15 people, and Amazon told us we were one of the leading agencies in the country.
Inside the company, my job was to create new structures and ideas. I built the whole setup for content and finance from the ground up, then created our in-house product photography. We launched our own brand and beat established competitors within weeks, and took a goalkeeper-glove start-up to Amazon best seller against Nike, Adidas and Puma.
I also saw how much of every week went into work that repeated. Today I believe most of what that 15-person team did could be done by two people and well-built AI tools. That is why I started Kokunari: to build those tools for founders who are where we were.

Questions
No. If you can explain how a task is done today, that is enough. The tools work inside the programs your team already uses, and the handover includes showing everyone how to run them.
It replaces tasks, not people. In a team of five to twenty, the usual result is that the same people stop doing copy-paste work and take on the things you never had time for: better customer care, content, new channels.
It is the share of a repetitive task the system can take on once it is set up well. Some tasks get close to that, others less. The time audit shows you the realistic number for each task before anything is built.
No. A hands-on workshop for your team is part of every project. It covers AI for everyday work, prompting your real tasks, and running the tools we built for you.
Usually very little, and many run for free on software you already have. Where AI does the work you pay only for what it uses, with no per-seat plans. In the time audit we also list which of your current subscriptions a tool could replace, so the saving is clear up front.
Whatever you already run on: your shop system, Amazon and other marketplaces, your inbox, spreadsheets and accounting software. We look at your setup on the process call.
Each project is scoped after the time audit, so you see the price and the expected time saved before we build anything. The process call is free.
The tools work with your accounts and your data, for your business only. Before a build starts you get a plain list of what each tool can read and what it can change.
